The building is constructed with three bedrooms, with two full baths.

This plan is designed with seperated walls.

This plan exterior is the same as "The Roper".
The interior lving area will have over 1700 square feet of living area.
This plan has been modified seperating the smaller garage from the barn area.
We added a viewing window in the nook area to look outside in the barn area.
We seperated the tack room, bringing to you a seperate tack and feed room.
Barn area has four stalls with double sized garage for your duallys, or tractors.
It has split plan with large bedrooms with a large kitchen.
