ABOUT THE COMPANY:

We would like to thank you for allowing Lariat Development Inc. the opportunity of assisting you with your construction needs. Lariat Development Inc. is a complete construction company, regulated by the State of Florida. We are licensed and insured above the regulated limitations. Lariat has been serving Marion and surrounding Counties as of 2001 in all facets of work.

Our qualifying contractor, Bernard E. Barney is a Florida State Certified General Contractor since 1983. Experience includes both residential and commercial construction; retail space renovation, new construction, disaster construction, condo conversions, tenant build out, financial institutions, design /build, and remodeling. Lariat Development Inc. present focus is on the residential and residence for the equestrian community and light commercial markets here in Central Florida.

Each type of our projects require adherence to design, estimating, budgeting, permit expediting, scheduling, supervising, deliveries, vendor purchasing, proper installations, inspections, and quality assurance. Lariat Development Inc. will ensure all your expectations in all these areas with expertise and execute these functions in a timely manner.

Regardless on the scope of work, engineered plans, or the design of any system Lariat Development Inc. will be able to give you proficiency in every phase of your project. We have established through the years a construction team of professional licensed contractors, and vendors emphasizing on the quality of work and time constraints.

Served for his country in the Vietnam War, and his delcarations included the Silver Star along with the Purple Heart.
