Lariat Development Inc. has been serving Marion and surrounding Counties as of 2001 in all facets of work. This includes new construction, retail space renovation, disaster construction, and remodeling. We are dedicated to serving constructional needs of clients in central Florida. We are a Family Owned Business, a state certified general contractor and we are licensed and regulated by the State of Florida, since 1983.
We maintain construction departments with professional contractors and consultants that specialize in, and focus on, two different markets: Custom New Construction handles large, custom residences with an emphasis on major attention to detail and specialized equipment; and Production New Construction dedicated to high volume and tightly scheduled delivery times.
Regardless of the scope of project, Lariat Development Inc., prior to the design or pricing of any system we will be able to give you expertise in every phase of the project. This holds true for fully engineered plans as well; serving as a double check for us, and the client. Any discrepancies are discussed at the beginning of the project, to include all deed and muncipality restrictions. Financial assistance of construction loans may be acquired.
